Once we are done spending all day developing websites, eCommerce solutions and marketing campaigns for our clients, we get to spend a couple hours in our glorious studio doing what we are most passionate about: Developing our own ideas.
So, without further a do, we decided enough talk, discussion, thinking, etc… lets take action! So here is what we propose:
What?
Enough Sitting, enough thinking, enough ideas, enough wasting time!
Why?
Ideas are a dime a dozen. We can sit around all day and think of the logistics of why something is a good idea or not… boring. We’ve decided to take action!
How?
Find the need, develop the product, get it manufactured, build an online store, design a rad brand, define marketing strategies, analyze, manage, grow, and execute! We are setting out to prove that persistence and action is everything. We want to do this transparently and include as many people as possible to show how easily it can be done.
Why only 3000 dollars?
We have developed the product, found manufacturing facilities in China, secured the warehouse space, business licenses, broker fees, shipping companies and everything to get this store off the ground. We could just have easily raised the 3000 ourselves and kept the project ours… but thats not what we are after. We want to prove to ourselves and to our close friends that any idea, backed with persistence and action can be successful.
What else are you looking for?
We are not just seeking capital, but talent and skill as well. We have secured the famous Chris Ballard (site currently under construction) for the branding and site design. We have also contacted the noble and valiant Tim Cully for the projects viral video marketing campaign. We will make a short list of contributors and split up their shares in this business plan evenly.
What exactly is Command Mass doing with this store?
We’re putting our money where our mouth is, literally. As a fun side project we are going to be implementing SEO, marketing, and ecommerce strategies that we believe are the future of the internet. In a sense, we are going to be putting search engines, social networking, search engine optimization, and our sense of product development to the test… If our calculations are correct, all of us will have great success. If we are off, then we will spend the summer evenings hustling to get a couple hundred solar panels sold at the beach to recover the little cost our investors threw down. Either way, we will have taken action and persistence towards something great, and the lessons will be valuable.
Terms and Conditions
We want to be as transparent as possible. This project is a way for people to collaborate and see how a business idea can come to life through action and persistence. We are currently working with our legal staff to get everything worked out to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time and fair time.
Product Specs
Sleek design, 5.5 volt charge. The product will charger all major cell phones in a couple hours and computers and ipads in 3-4 hours. We will give the full detailed specs on the website and present them to investors on request.
Timeline
We want to have the product finalized in the next fifteen days and the first shipment purchased. The 3000 dollar investment will go directly to purchasing the original shipment of chargers and for packaging, shipping, taxes, etc. The store will be launched and ready for the first supply.
